Mr. Thapa is a certified barista trainer with over 7 years of experience in coffee art. He has trained over 900 students and is known for his inventive teaching style. As the head of the coffee training team, he manages the daily operations and overall functionality of the academy. Previously, he worked at Café Kaldi and Himalayan Java Coffee Pvt. Ltd., where he gained significant experience as a supervisor and manager.
Raj Kumar Karki
Co-Founder & Production Head
Mr. Karki is an expert in coffee storage, roasting, packaging, and distribution. With a keen interest in technology’s impact on the coffee industry, he applies his analytical skills to improve processes. Having worked as a coffee roaster and technician at Himalayan Java Pvt. Ltd., he brings years of experience to Mount Strada. He also manages machine sales and purchases, ensuring top-quality equipment for the institution.

We’re open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM. We’re closed on Sundays to recharge and serve you better throughout the week!
